GALENTINE'S DAY CELEBRATION COMEDY SHOW
GALENTINE'S DAY CELEBRATION COMEDY SHOW
Galentine's Day is an unofficial holiday dedicated to honoring female friendships and the love between friends, inspired by the hit TV show Parks and Recreation. It's a time for women (and sometimes others) to gather, laugh together, share food and drinks together, and show appreciation for their "gals" through activities and bonding, focusing on laughter, platonic love and mutual support.
Sky Johnson
At just 19 years of age, Sky Johnson has already mastered the art of making poor decisions and then turning them into jokes. Her comedy blends unfiltered Gen Z energy with sharp observations about growing up in the digital age, surviving college (emotionally, not academically), and navigating relationships when half the people she dates still live with their parents. She's fast, funny, and deeply committed to never having to work a real job.
KAY BANKS
Kay Banks is a story teller extraordinaire with a singular delivery where no topic is out of bounds. She has wowed audiences throughout the Midwest and the Maumee Mary and Joseph Comedy Festival, and recently opened for Michael Ian Black.
SHERRY HOENICKE
Sherry Hoenicke is a mid-Michigan native who brings laughter to audiences throughout the Midwest and beyond bringing her take on life, middle aged dating, coping with aging parents, and raising canine “children” all with her own blend of sassy sarcasm and sexual innuendo.
She has recently returned to her roots after spending 20 years as a corporate gypsy, collecting rescue dogs and ex husbands along the way. You may have seen her on stage with The Comedy Series, at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle in Detroit, the Caravan Comedy Club in Louisville, and Crackers Comedy Club in Indianapolis.
